The 25:th of may 2018 is the startdate for the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law. It is a EU law focusing on data protection and the concern on the privacy of individuals within the European Union. The law effects all companies and organisations within the EU.

Why do we need your personal data?

When you are doing business with us, we will need your personal data to be able to complete our part of the deal. We don´t treat any other personal data than the one we need to fulfill the business between the two of us. In other words we just need the personal data that we are allowed to have under a lawful basis specified by the regulation.

How do we handle your personal data?

Your personal data will be handled by Brunnspecialisten Sverige AB (Homepages Balticfitness, Svenska Gymgolv, Fitness Floorings and Athletic Store). Our partners/suppliers who will get in contact with our customers data has been involved in the data process by signing a contract. We will not share your private information with any other parts unless it´s neccesary for our business relationship and by the letter of the law. We will neither use your personal data for profiling, or automatic made decisions.

We will need your personal data as long as our business relationship will continue. In other words as long as we have an ongoing business together. When the deal is done we will store your information as long as the law tells us to. For example for bookkeeping.

How can I take part of my personal information?

You have the right to access your personal data and information that Brunnspecialisten Sverige AB has knowledge about. If the information is wrong or if you don´t want us to handle the data, you have the right to request a change or erasure of your personal data.
